Clare York Group is a privately held American situational capital (and restructuring advisory firm), founded in 1999 by Gregg Yorkison. Over the decades CYG has successfully handled more than $300 million in deals, investments, and turnarounds in over 15 industries. Situational capital is a structure that allows CYG to invest in one or more places in the capital stack. For example, investments could be in both debt and equity. CYG specializes in the Fintech and middle market traditional businesses.
